I'm so glad that my brother Jason told me about this place because they saved me from making a horrible mistake at Anderson Dodge! Anderson Dodge supposedly did a diagnostic on my Jeep Renegade 2018 and said that the starter was bad and quoted me $2700! I was using my Renegade as a trade in for a new Gladiator. Anderson was not being honest because they only wanted to give me $500 for my trade in. My brother told me about Guaranteed Auto and I had my Jeep brought here and it wasn't the starter at all! It was loose terminals at the battery stabilization control unit and I did replace the stabilizer bar. Totally different problem and way less expensive!!!!! I will take my cars to Guaranteed Auto Repair from now on!!!!! Very honest people!

From the moment I stopped, I felt very comfortable that I was in excellent hands. My car was shaking, something it had not done before. I pulled into the parking lot and asked the receptionist if there was anyone who would have time to look at it. She immediately got someone who took the car for a short drive, returned and said it is not safe to drive. He put the car up on the hoist, came out to get me, and showed me the issues. Very detailed, but in layman's language The worked up the price for repair, and I scheduled a time to bring the car in that worked for me. I appreciate everything they all did to repair my car. The best part is that it drives so much more smoothly than when I bought it 3 years ago! Thank you so much! Know that I have already told so many people I know about this positive experience. I plan to highly recommend you to everyone I know looking for an honest, reliable and educated auto repair shop.

Engine blew after picking it up from a performance shop in Loves Park. Lost all trust in that shop so went to Guarnteed Auto. Needed a long block and other items. Keith took care of me. Was up front, truthful and honest. Great atmosphere and people. Car ran great and made 800whp. Talk to them for your high performance GM builds.
